Balloonist
Each night, you learn a player of a different character type than last night. [+0 or +1 Outsider]
Jinx
If the Marionette thinks that they are the Balloonist, +1 Outsider might have been added.
Interesting Interaction
Gives the Demon useful information about which good players are Outsiders, and there might be an extra outsider in play, which the Demon doesn’t have to mention to anyone.

If the Balloonist becomes a Minion during setup, the Outsider count is not impacted, because the Lord Of Typhon allows for any number of Outsiders to be in play.

A Balloonist could be replaced by the Kazali, but because their setup effect can be duplicated by the Kazali's setup effect, this is legitimate.

The Storyteller is not a Minion even if they have a Minion ability and therefore cannot be seen by the Balloonist.
